We offer beef that is Piedmontese crossed with Angus, Longhorn and/or Gelbvieh. The addition of Piedmontese genetics introduces a naturally lean, double-muscled trait that delivers exceptional tenderness without excess fat. From tender steaks to flavorful meatloaf, you’ll taste the difference. Because of its leanness, this beef can cook up to 30% faster, so be sure to watch it closely while preparing.
On the pork side, we raise Berkshire which is considered a Premium Heritage Breed, known for its dark coloring, and tender, juicy flavor.
All meat we sell is bred, born and raised on our farm.
Our cows are rotationally grazed for around 9 months out of the year and the remaining time they are fed a combination of hay and straw. We also provide minerals.
Our pigs are fed a Non-GMO diet of Triticale, Peas or other Non-GMO grain along with minerals.
