The 1/8 Beef is the perfect package for trying out all our different cuts, or topping off your at home beef supply. So if this is your first order with us, this is a great way to taste test our beef (warning, you'll have wished you ordered more!!!)

The 1/8 Beef package is 50 lbs of Cut and Packaged Beef and fits in a standard size fridge/freezer combo (takes up about 1.75 cubic feet of space)

What You Get in an 1/8th Beef:

Savory Steak: 8-10 lbs may include NY Steak, Tenderloin, Rib Steak, 4 Minute Steaks, Sirloins, Round, T-Bone or Chuck Steak.

Slow Cook Options: 15-19 pounds may include Roast, Brisket, Stew Meat, Ribs, Osso Bucco.

Delicious Ground Beef:  22-24lbs. Perfect for Burgers, Tacos, Meatloaf, you name it... Packed in convenient 1lb packages. This is our signature 80/20 Ground Beef blend.
