The 1/4 Beef is the perfect package if you know you love our beef and are ready to stock up your small freezer. So if this is your first order with us, this is a great way to taste test our beef (warning, you'll have wished you ordered more!!!)

The 1/4 Beef package is 100 lbs of Cut and Packaged Beef and needs 5 cubic feet freezer space.  Which is equivalent to 2 shelves in an upright freezer.

What You Get in a 1/4 Beef:

Savory Steak: 16-20 lbs may include NY Steak, Tenderloin, Rib Steak, 4 Minute Steaks, Sirloins, Round, T-Bone or Chuck Steak.

Slow Cook Options: 30-38 pounds may include Roast, Brisket, Stew Meat, Ribs, Osso Bucco.

Delicious Ground Beef:  44-48lbs. Perfect for Burgers, Tacos, Meatloaf, you name it... Packed in convenient 1lb packages. This is our signature 80/20 Ground Beef blend.
