Ingredients

Sirloin steak, round steak, wild game, chicken or a meat of your choice.

Teriyaki Sauce (Soy Vay Veri Veri Marinade & Sauce is our favorite)

1 tsp Sesame Oil
-
1 T garlic or 1/2 T garlic powder

1 green onion chopped
-
White rice
-
Your choice of veggies
-
Teriyaki sauce if needed
Directions

Cut meat into 1/4 in. strips - cutting against the grain

Marinate thin strips of meat in the following ingredients for at least 2 hours:

1 tsp Sesame Oil

1 T garlic or 1/2 T garlic powder

1 green onion chopped

After marinating, pat the meat dry. Place on baking sheet (either use a broiling pan or cover a jelly roll pan with aluminum foil). Sprinkle lightly with sugar. Broil for 3-5 minutes on each side or until your preferred doneness.

Serve over rice with stir fry veggies, add teriyaki sauce if needed.
